Guest experiences at St. 云州 at Plymouth includes rooms with natural light, knowledgeable staff to assist and audiovisual equipment: projection system/screen, 文档相机, built-in computer, 教室里的电话, ITV security cameras, web conferencing with presenter and participant view cameras, laptop with HDMI connection, built-in microphone, 演讲者, wireless internet, in-floor charging.
Your investment includes tables and chairs to be arranged per your request with some limitations. Decorations are provided by the renting organization. 我们问decorating, food preparation, and cleanup be completed during the contracted reservation time.
Classrooms and/or conference rooms may be rented during our business hours of 9 a.m. 至下午五点半.m. 预订 are required ahead of time. 预订 outside of normal business hours come with a fee of $75 per hour.

学术课程
All scheduling is completed by the St. 云州 at Plymouth Facility Manager. Each program will submit a master schedule to the coordinator for classroom assignments prior to courses being entered into TCM. Due to limited classroom space, priority scheduling goes to full programs approved for the Plymouth location. Priority order for scheduling is:

招聘会, 开放的房子, 会议, small conferences or expos, and workshops are examples of special events that may be scheduled at St. 云州 at Plymouth. Special events are allowed and encouraged on a space-available basis. These events must be scheduled with the St. 云州 at Plymouth Facility Manager in advance and are not to interfere with academic classes.
When classes are in session, special events must be contained in one room. Availability for special events is greater during daytime hours.
Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. Catering for special events must be arranged through an outside vendor and is the responsibility of the organization hosting the event. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
Please inform the St. 云州 at Plymouth Facility Manager of all catering arrangements.
